Free Discovery Call Prep
MASM Creations · masmcreations.com · Effective Date: March 2026
Your free discovery call is 30 minutes. This is a no-pressure conversation, not a sales pitch. You'll walk away with useful perspective regardless of whether we work together.
What to Expect on the Call
- Quick introductions — who you are, what your business does
- We talk about how you're currently showing up online — website, social, visuals, video
- You tell me what's not working or what's missing — what's costing you leads or credibility
- I share honest perspective on where AI-powered creative services could genuinely help — and where they probably can't
- We discuss which project or service, if any, makes sense for your situation
- You ask whatever questions you have — no topic is off limits
At the end of the call you'll have useful perspective regardless of whether we work together. No obligation, no follow-up pressure.
Think About These Before the Call
You don't need to prepare anything formal. But if you take 10 minutes to think through these beforehand, we'll get a lot more out of the 30 minutes together.
Your Business
- What does your business do, and who are your customers?
- How long have you been in business, and do you currently have a website?
- How are you currently promoting your business? (Social media, word of mouth, ads, etc.)
Your Biggest Pain Points — consider which of these feel most familiar:
- My competitors look more professional online and I'm losing business because of it
- I don't have time to create content — social posts, videos, ads — consistently
- My brand visuals look outdated and don't represent what my business actually is
- I don't have a strong or consistent online presence and I know I need one
- I've tried DIY design tools but the results never look the way I want
- I need a new website but don't know where to start or what it should cost
- I want to use AI for creative work but don't know which tools to trust
- I'm launching something new and need a professional creative presence fast
Your Goals
- What would a successful outcome look like for you in the next 3–6 months?
- Is there one specific creative project you're hoping to get done?
What to Have Ready (Optional but Helpful)
- Your website URL if you have one
- Links to your social media profiles
- Examples of brands or websites whose look you admire
- Any past creative work you've had done — even if you weren't happy with it
- A sense of your timeline and budget range for a creative project

Common Questions Before the Call
Do I need to know anything about design or AI before the call?
Not at all. If you knew exactly what you needed and how to execute it, you wouldn't need us. Come as you are.
Will you try to sell me something on the call?
No. The goal is to understand what you need and give you honest perspective. If a project makes sense, we'll mention it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
What if I'm not ready to spend money right now?
That's fine. The call is free and there's no minimum commitment to speak with us. Sometimes the most valuable outcome is simply knowing what to do next — and that costs nothing.
What if my business is too small?
MASM Creations works with businesses of all sizes — solo operators, startups, and established small businesses. Some of the most impactful creative work happens for one or two-person operations that just need to look the part.
I started MASM Creations because I've seen too many great businesses lose credibility online simply because their visuals don't match the quality of their work. You don't need a big agency budget to look like a professional brand. You just need the right tools and someone who knows how to use them. I look forward to the conversation. — Michael
